82 Kawasaki KZ750LTD 7400 orinigal miles in Lincoln, NE

I have a 1982 Kawasaki kz750ltd. I bought it about a month ago from a kid, and did not realize it was a bit out of my budget because of insurance, helmet, clothing, etc. I am a college kid so thats why those minor things are expensive for me. I've only had it for a month so I dont know it really well but I have been riding it a few times and its a blast. Its a 750cc inline four engine, with 7400 original miles on it. It shifts through all of the keys no problem. It rides and feels great. I am the 3rd owner technically but really its been taken care of. Original owner had it for a long time and sold it to his kid a few years ago, and I bought it from his kid a month ago. So the majority of its life was spent with one owner. Previous owner told me he had new tires put on it, carbs rebuilt, oil and carbs maintained every 2k miles, custom detachable windshield, new handlebars. Bike has its mirrors and cover and nothing is really missing. I have tried to fix the minor issues it has had. When I bought it it ran great and drove it for the whole night, that morning it would not start (starter solenoid went out) so I put a new $40 battery in and the starter solenoid. Also when I bought it the shift fork threads were worn so I bought a new shift ford (about $20 because it is rust free) and put that on. Other issues I did not fix yet were the signal lamps were not working, though the break lamps do. Their is a minor tear in the seat in two places as well. The original owner claims it was never laid down but their are scratches on the left signal light and chrome tube for the begs. The bike kelly blue books for between [removed phone]$. I think its in terrific shape considering its 30 yrs old and the main component the engine is in extremely great shape. Still plenty of time to enjoy this vehicle around town. I am asking $1100 because I paid for the new parts I put on it to get it running better, but please make any offer because I would rather have cash then the bike. Bike comes with the cover, windshield, and mirrors (although they are not shown here) and the helmet if buyer would like.
